Terrie J. Rollins is an accomplished senior executive and workforce strategist bringing nearly three decades of experience leading strategic human capital, enterprise AI integration, and technology-enabled organizational transformation across the public and private sectors. As President of RMR Technology Group, she guides the firm's strategic practice areas – helping federal agencies, defense organizations, and commercial enterprises modernize workforce strategies, navigate AI governance, and build agile, mission-ready talent ecosystems.

Her career includes key positions of senior leadership and challenge in both the private and public sectors, including some of the most recognizable names in their respective industries. Throughout her executive tenure, she has served as Chief HR Officer, Chief People and Culture Officer, Chief Information Officer, and Chief Knowledge Officer, partnering directly with C-Suite executives, Senior Executive Service (SES) leaders, and Military Flag Officers.

Her corporate leadership background spans multi-billion-dollar global professional services and law firms, including PricewaterhouseCoopers, Booz Allen Hamilton, MITRE, Unisys, and Howrey LLP. Earlier in her career, she gained direct federal civil service experience supporting Data Systems Operations within the U.S. Air Force Europe (USAFE) Non-Appropriated Financial Management Branch (MWR Division).

Terrie’s expertise sits at the critical intersection of people, policy, and technology. She has led complex, large-scale initiatives including military service branch personnel delivery transformations, and cyber security human capital planning for the former Vice Chairman, Senior Executive Advisor, Booz Allen Hamilton and former Director of National Intelligence (DNI), multi-national military alliance workforce design, and enterprise-wide performance and compensation frameworks. Additionally, she has held several Board of Director positions and is a noted author in the fields of organization design, talent management, and technology integration with respect to human dynamics and change management. She is also a proud alum of SHRM’s Mentor HR Program, where she honed her commitment to developing future HR leaders and fostering workplace excellence.

Terrie holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Troy University and an MBA from the University of Phoenix Graduate School of Business. She maintains active security clearances and serves on advisory boards across regional military and workforce organizations.
